MOSCOW: The Al Dan Theatre Troupe for Culture and Art presented its play 'A Bite of Bread' as part of the official competition of the eighth edition of the International Festival of Chamber Theatre Forms in Kineshma, Russia.
The performance was attended by an official representative of the Embassy of Oman in the Russian Federation, along with Russian cultural figures, delegations from participating countries, artists, theatre professionals and members of the public.
An introductory seminar and press conference were also held, highlighting the theatrical experience of 'A Living Wage', the development of Omani theatre and the importance of international participation in exchanging experiences and expertise and strengthening cultural ties among artists from different countries.
The troupe also set up a small exhibition outside the performance venue featuring brochures introducing its work and Omani theatre. — ONA
